My neophyte users and others with limitations don't *use* SpamAssassin -- they only benefit from it. /I/ use SpamAssassin, and make sure the email systems which feed them their emails are well tuned via SA. There's nothing for the end-users to do except complain if/when they get more than one or two spam a week. What types of uses were you thinking your neophytes would do? Bob Menschel
