Hi guys SA3 is working great for me - I've only had one false negative since installing and it's caught over 170 spam messages so far on my account.
But I noticed that memory usage has been a lot more since installing it, see http://matt.gresleyrovers.com/pictures/mem-sa3.png I'm only using the default rule sets and hardly any settings have been touched since install (other than adding a few whitelist entries and changing the rewrite_header Subject).
