Level _STARS(*)_

I read everything I could find... still doesn't work. I don't get it. 

I want to enable the header Level _STARS(*)_. The content of my "bare bone" 
/etc/mail/spamassassin/local.cf is below; 

rewrite_header Subject *****SPAM*****
report_safe 1
lock_method flock
add_header all Level _STARS(*)_ 

Everything else works fine. I'm using SA 3.0 with qmail-queue.
