You don't need to do anything. The above is already included in SA3, in /usr/share/spamassassin/25_uribl.cf.

fantastic - this is some piece of kit! :D
i have a simple default install of 3.0 with a number of local rules tweaked for specifics.
what other plugins are recommended by this list that arent on by default!?


(Well, a version that doesn't fail --lint due to an overly long description
is, anyway. I'll prod the surbl.org webmasters to change their examples).
