I requested an RMA from Muskin and the email was flagged as spam. Here's what it hit on:

 0.2 NO_REAL_NAME From: does not include a real name
 0.6 SUBJ_HAS_SPACES Subject contains lots of white space
 1.1 SUBJ_HAS_UNIQ_ID       Subject contains a unique ID
 0.0 HTML_MESSAGE BODY: HTML included in message
 0.2 HTML_FONT_BIG BODY: HTML tag for a big font size
 3.1 MSGID_DOLLARS Message-Id has pattern used in spam

Obviously that MSGID_DOLLARS is the key. Here's the ID:

Message-ID: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>

And from the FAQ:

A) how I invoke spamassassing:  postfix->maildrop->spamc/spamd
B) version of SA:  3.0.1
C) No "major" options, no bayes or autolearn...
D) Running Linux (Centos 3.3 with all the updates)

Do I *need* to attach the email?
