SA is running properly on the network of my NGO. However I have a strange behaviour for some of our colleagues working in another country (Senegal). Their mail is considered as spam even though they are whitelisted and their mail have very negative scores
ex:
spam, SBL+XBL, SpamAssassin (score=-104.9, required 5, autolearn=not spam, BAYES_00 -4.90, USER_IN_WHITELIST -100.00)
Can someone explain this to me? Thanks A LOT in advance
You are using MailScanner as it looks from the logline, and it seems you scan seperate with RBL inside MailScanner. Its tagged there as spam. Not inside SA.
