I don't know what you mean by 'clue-by-four'. I try to contact the
admin. But he might have some reason for his setting.

Translation: "Besides beating some sense into your administrator with a piece of 2x4 lumber...." although the use of the phrase "clue-by-four" implies a considerable amount of tongue-in-cheek humor that is a bit lost in the translation.

From www.jargon.org:

clue-by-four

[Usenet: portmanteau, clue + two-by-four] The notional stick with which one whacks an aggressively clueless person. This term derives from a western American folk saying about training a mule "First, you got to hit him with a two-by-four. That's to get his attention." The clue-by-four is a close relative of the LART. Syn. clue stick. This metaphor is commonly elaborated; your editor once heard a hacker say "I smite you with the great sword Cluebringer!"

One header is
X-Spam-Checker-Version: SpamAssassin 3.0.0 (2004-09-13) on boogey.rootshell.be

So I guess it must be SpamAssassin.

Probably is... However, some tools copy the version header, but do their own mangling anyway.. Fun eh?
