Check the headers of the messages that you receive from the list. There should be a Sender or a Return-Path or other identifier of the list. It uses VERP to uniquely identify the sender and bounces from them. Therefore there will be a string that identifies you there. In my postfix setup it is Return-Path. Use that to verify your address.
