rw-rw-rw- Spamassassin, Pyzor, Razor files

I've noticed that since going to 3.0.2 that some of the spamassassin 
config files are being written with a 666 permission.

Can anyone else confirm?
Can anyone else offer an explanation?
I'm running from my main procmailrc, with drop_privs=yes, with spamd, 
system wide.
