I am currently running sendmail and spam assassin version 2.x. I am upgrading my mailserver and installing postfix. I have a few questions regarding "what is best"
First, should I store my users (about 150) in the passwd file or in an mysql database ? Does spamassassin v3 require a mysql database to work ? Is it recommended ? Do I need it to use bays ? Is the Spamassassin book by Oreilly any good and does it have alot of info on Spamassassin v3 ? Currently I have Postfix installed and working, and have an mysql installed. (no database configured for mail). I also have the spamassassin v3 tar.gz (I am running fedora core 2 by the way). I am just wondering what I should do next .... Thanks for your help. Peter
