The message ID shows that this email originated from
"flonetwork.com". Flonetwork is owned by Doubleclick. Need I say more?

The IP addresses in the header are valid, but there is no reverse DNS for the
server
mailing.t-online.de listed in the body of the mail, and a traceroute leads
outside the country
Now why would they use base64 to hide the real name, use a suspicious boundary,
etc.
Tech support claims that the mail is probably valid
