We recently changed IP addresses with installation of a fatter pipe if that means anything.

That particular list was the CBL, which appears to no longer list your system (64.128.31.42). However, the CBL does tend to be fairly volatile and change over time.
It also tends to list systems that have been sending viruses, so you might want to do some virus scanning...
