There is an even better technique that kills two birds with one stone. Do you have a company email sig? One that shows your company's phone number or address? Might be better to key off that. It forces your people to also use the proper signiture when replying to people. Pic somthing non-obvious that spammers wouldn't forge. HTH, --Chris
