That's a fundamental problem with any filter that rewards senders for
following standards.
With this rule, the more sophisticated spammers will have to work harder to
get past the filters. Part of SA's objective is to make spam more expensive
to send. The dumb spammers will get caught more often. There's no spam-free
utopia. It's an arms race and we just do the best we can at any given
moment.
I considered keeping this rule to myself but it was working so well that I
wanted to share it, even though I risk decreasing its performance.
