This is the type of answer that you would get from a Microsoft Outlook representative: "Hello, I understand you received an invoice sent to undisclosed recipients with a link to login.php, and wish to stop receiving them. May I ask you why do you think this is a problem?" By comparison, this is the answer I have for you: you already have all the information you need for a kick-ass filter.
