Nick, do all your users use the same MUA? There are some user level "plug-ins" that may be configured
to send out the sample to your SA box when clicked by user..

Poor me... i rencently saw a good free one for Outlook but i cannot find it now... :-(
I don't have any control over the MUA my users might want to use (we are an ISP). I can set up webmail for submissions, which would help; but many people will use various MUA with a mix of IMAP and POP3.

As a few people have pointed out, there just may not be a good way for POP3 users to provide training data; as I can see from discussion, simply accepting all submissions to a forward-as-attachment mailbox could be a problem.
