There's nothing left in 20_sought.cf, but two of the three SOUGHT_FRAUD meta rules are still in 20_sought_fraud.cf. Sought rules were never intended to have any long-term value, they aren't general spam signs, they were autogenerated rules based on fairly long phrases found in recent spam.
