spamassassin --lint results in no errors
spamassassin -D --lint does not appear to generate any errors, and all rulesets are in the same direcory.

I receive stock emails that score via email as 2.4 and via command line as 26.3 I added chickenpox.cf to as most of my FN's are stock related, but it doesn't appear to be working correctly. Individual result sessionas are:

For comparison, what are the list of hits when received via email?

Also, did you restart spamd after installing chickenpox.cf? If you use spamd/spamc, then spamd only loads the base config files once and only reads user_prefs on a per-message basis when spamc feeds them.

The spamassassin command line on the other hand reads everything from scratch each time it's called.
