Yes, that's normal.  All the testpoints get a 127.0.0.2 result,
even in multi.surbl.org.  In multi, that happens to correspond to
the SpamCop list sc.surbl.org.  That's arguably somewhat broken,
but it's how my simple zone generation script adds the testpoints
to all the lists currently.

Bottom line: yes, it's normal.
