And when should we expect it to get published?

Rule changes recently have been taking roughly a week from commit to publish, partly because we have had a brutal DDoS on the RuleQA machine that has resulted in too few of the "mass check" logs from contributors to do proper runs every day. I think I have unburdened the machine of enough of the bot world over the weekend that it show go faster for a while (until they move on to new space... )

So... Hopefully tonight or tomorrow night.
