Now that you've posted headers and a domain name, I have some info for the list in general (you've already gotten some off-list). While both can be slow, both Aplus and Names4Ever will accept and eventually (if there are enough complaints) act against spammers. Copies of your "spam" and complaints *should* be forwarded to them (it wouldn't hurt to note that bluetopscout. com has made it onto all of the SpamCop, SBL, AHBL, and [jp] SURBL lists and that that particular mailing was in such volume as to trigger Razor also).
