Jamie,

The output you provided shows your running pyzor from
SpamAssassin. Have you tested your Pyzor install as
standalone?

Try this: su -l USERID
USERID should be the user that your MTA/SpamAssassin will
run as.

Then:
pyzor -d check < mailmessage | less

The output will show you any debug messages and should shed
some light on your problem.
