Hi I'm new for spamassassin , when modify the local.cf file after restart
sendmail or what ?
If you are using spamc/spamd you need to restart spamd in order to activate new rules.
If you are simply calling spamassassin executable from sendmail (highly inefficient), no restart is needed.
