My $450 machine is a 2ghz AMD Sempron with 1gb RAM and old/slow IDE
drives, and it processes messages in 4 seconds:

[...]
May 19 16:53:56 goose spampd[13065]: Closed connections

I do a ~dozen RBL lookups, URIDNSBL, Razor2 lookups, ClamAV scans, my own
LDAP tests, and some more stuff
