I've seen it. Are you using RDJ? I posted a similar message on this list not long ago. I was told I needed to upgrade to the latest version of RDJ, which I did. However, it didn't fix the problem for me, so now I periodically use wget to download the Bogus Virus Warning rule.
I hope someone can shed more light on the problem for you (and for me, for that matter).
