I think the only way is to reduce the scores for those rules. There are other rules which hit unintentionally, f.i. chickenpox may bark on code snippets. If they interfere with the kind of mail you get you have to change the score or disable them completely. You could also open a bug ticket on this rule, maybe it can be changed to suit better, I don't know.
