Hmm..Looks like the source is valid.
Hmm... Relay test doesn't show it as an open relay.
Looks to me like it originated from 148.223.241.181. Looking at the web
site there appears to be some medical connection although my Spanish
isn't good enough to say exactly what.
To me it looks like a duck and sounds like a duck I'm probably wrong
and missing something here because I'm no expert so I'm happy to be
enlightened.
