That's why I am aguing about such a great list setting up to use such a stupid blocking listing services.

So, here is my point: take my ip 200.207.18.245.
I want someone to *prove* that it is a dsl static IP.
No way a bad SORBS entry is enough.

Instead of whining here when no one here can help, have you TRIED contacting SORBS? Have you followed the link?

Sorbs may be regarded as "extortion" by some, but believe me, once
you've had to PAY to get off, you will NEVER get back on.... And, it's
really not even the $$$, it's the /MAJOR/ hassle of dealing with SORBS
and the foundations they contribute to, as they are based in AU...

I may be wrong, but aren't the static/dsl entries like these still free
to get de-listed from? Personally, I've had to remove two IP's - one
cost about $50US and the other was de-listed for free, as it was not a
mail relay/mx.. so ya, like he said.. complain to sorbs - BUT, I doubt
they will listen anyhow, at least in my experience..

I was in the same situation a few days ago - running from a business cable block in the middle od a DUL block.

Filled the form - sent SORBS all my rDNS, PTR, etc info.
1.5 day later my entry was "green".

Not only did they remove both my MX IPs, they removed the /24 which was very thoughtfull as its all businesses behind those IPs.

Whinning gets one nowhere, especially if you bark up the wrong tree.

If anybody from SORBS is reading - thank you guys for the quick delisting and for the great service you're providing.

Alex
