To start with, I apologize for the utter lack of information in what follows. I am headed out of town, and promised I would see if I could find any ( as the old saying goes) "breadcrumbs" to follow....

We started using milter-spamc 0.25 and SA 3.0.4 to send spam email to an Exchange server account (SA and milter-spamc are both running on Red Hat Linux) "collection point" for easier screening ( in case something imp was accidentally tagged).

I received a note that the exchange server (running McAfee virus scanner) was acting "odd" ( I know, the specifics are lacking but it is not my system, and it was late Friday as well).

Following their request, I redirected the "spam" back to a local unix mail account, and the exchange server email system apparently returned to whatever "normal" is.

I guess I am asking, has anyone seen instances where the full report/ headers added by spamassassin to the spam email causes problems with exchange server or McAfee?
