http://lookup.uribl.com has a default setting of "Reverse IP Addresses"
= "Yes".  

"If NO, we expected reverse dotted-decimal addresses. If YES, we reverse
your forward dotted-decimal addresses for you."

So if you punch in 219.144.194.158 on lookup.uribl.com, it will send the
query  A 158.194.144.219.multi.surbl.org by default.  If you don't like
that behavior, set "Reverse IP Addresses" to "No".

I think your complicating things...
