Yes, that should *never* hit any outside email, including spam, and generally indicates that Scott has a broken trust path. Usually this is caused by having a NATed mailserver. It can be fixed by manually declaring trusted_networks. See: http://wiki.apache.org/spamassassin/TrustPath
