Does that ISP have ANY redeeming virtues? I'm about to blacklist it

It is the uol.com.br (Universo Online) anti spam system.
This antispam have a option that you need request for authorization to
send email to someone in this domain.
It is a good antispam but when anyone send a virus, or any other email,
from your address to a uol email, the antispam answare you with this
message "AntiSpam UOL".
Sorry about my english

It is "effective" in that it eliminates a lot of spam and also a lot of
ham. I never answer such things. It's more hassle than I care to go
through when I am trying to help somebody or transact minor business
with them. I consider it rude when other effective tricks exist. It is
also EXTREMELY rude to send three challenges to one message within a
two minute period when the message was sent through a mailing list.
I have a (well known) volatile temperament and tend to "go ballistic"
over such crude and rude behavior. I try to give the benefit of the
doubt to folks. But repeat offenders get my Irish up, as the phrase
goes. (I am Irish so I suppose that's a good reason?) And I return
their rudeness with my own brand of refined nastiness, especially if
I am already feeling a little grumpy or curmudgeon-ette-esque. (I am
old enough to be a fully qualified curmudgeon and I am a woman. So...)
BTW - over 55 challenges to 6 messages qualifies as rude and a minor
DoS attack against folks who might be running an already challenged
machine for their SpamAssassin, as I was until a few months ago.
