You mean some poor "innocent person", who has not kept their PC up to date, hasn't installed anti-virus and/or anti-spywware software, does not use a firewall, yet spends the money on a high-speed Internet access, leaves the PC on all the time, and gets turned into a spamming robot? What does it matter? If they're just some schmuck with a PC they probably have no intention of installing a legitimate post office on their PC and your reporting them to SpamCop will have no detrimental effects. If it's a legitimate STMP server, and the schmuck administrator isn't bright enough to keep from getting hijacked, then they deserve to get listed; that's the whole point!
