Sure, it'd be pretty trivial to do as a plugin.  Personally, I do
something similar to feed URIBLs, but I wouldn't do this stuff
with SA while the message is coming in -- batch mode is going
to be more efficient (users aren't going to be following links
immediately anyway, if you're trying to simulate that).  Check out
http://www.kluge.net/~felicity/random/ -- in there are listuri and
listuridomains, which are stand-alone scripts to display URIs or URI
domains from mails.  You can then do with them whatever you want.
