Hello Guys,

I had some problems this morning trying to whitelist some mailing lists (ML) on my SpamAssassin 3.1.0 instalation, including this SA ML:)

Some ML sent message to subscribers using its own From address, just like postfix ML:

Jan 4 15:01:45 ns1 postfix/qmgr[13422]: ADA4D103318: from=<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>, size=3725, nrcpt=1 (queue active) Jan 4 15:09:25 ns1 postfix/qmgr[17249]: 40103103316: from=<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>, size=4787, nrcpt=1 (queue active) Jan 4 15:09:29 ns1 postfix/qmgr[17249]: 72134103317: from=<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>, size=4999, nrcpt=1 (queue active) Jan 4 15:14:16 ns1 postfix/qmgr[17249]: CBB40103316: from=<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>, size=3630, nrcpt=1 (queue active)

SA ML, and several others, maintain From address as the original sender of the message, which made me have some troubles whitelisting it.

I tought using whitelist_from, but it wouldnt work because there's no single address to whitelist. I have tried whitelist_from_rcvd but, again, there's no single address to whitelist. I ended up doing:

whitelist_from_rcvd * apache.org

which, until now, seems to work.

I would like to know if there's an easier way to whitelist ML that keeps the original sender address as From address of the messages, just like this ML ......
