The check someone (possibly you) showed about giving 6 points to From
@paypal.com appears to be unsound unless you are really sure you will
receive no paypal stuff. Which would probably be true of a mailing list,
but the test didn't seem to be part of a meta checking for a list. There
are better checks for forged ebay/paypal stuff.
Other than that, I see no problems with having sender-specific spam checks
that are more draconian than general checks.
