Another thing to keep in mind is that in the US, at least, someone can sue for
any reason at any time.  IMO, if you think they may be a legit sender (I doubt
it too due to the obfuscation), try unsubscribing the address (worst case,
you'll get more spam to that address.)  Otherwise, report them and be done.
