Bypassing scan on locally originated mail

Hi, I can't seem to find this anywhere, so I guess it couldn't be
too much of a faq :)

I'd like spamassassin to be bypassed for mail which originates from
the local server (sendmail running on freebsd)
Is there a way to do this?
