Yes ... so what you're saying is, "previously used in" means "written in the config file entry" not "used in spamassassin when matching". The phrase "the address" is what threw me; the strings in whitelist_from_rcvd are patterns that match addresses, they aren't addresses. OK, so that leaves the question: How do I whitelist *all but one* address from a given domain? I don't think I want "blacklist_from" because I don't actually want to blacklist this address; I just want to NOT whitelist it.
