I ran a search on the patch and I didn't see any references to the bayes learner. Wouldn't it be a logical choice to feed (and test) the OCR text to the bayes learner just like any other plaintext mail content? The OCR results will of course contain some gibberish, but that shouldn't be very different from the usual bayes poison. I think this could further improve the OCR feature (haven't tested the patch yet btw).
