There was a bug in spamass-milter 0.3.0: http://wiki.apache.org/spamassassin/SaMilter030CorruptMsgs . Surely spamass-milter has fixed it by now?
There's a patch there to fix the bug, which would be a better thing to do than remove the header markup as a workaround... --j.
