Thank you for explaining that. I have been trying to work out why some spams made it through SA and found that in the log. Running SA -t on the (saved) spam told me: Broken Pipe and running it with -D as well showed that it broke during base64 decoding - I assume the attachment, a GIF, was badly encoded. Otherwise it looked just the usual text + something in a GIF spam. Jonathan
