Which version of gocr should I be using with FuzzyOcrPlugin? I see
that my distro (gentoo) does not have the latest version (0.41)
available and its supposed to be buggy. Some of the tests don't give
the expected result eg when I do:
/etc/spamassassin/FuzzyOcr-2.3b/samples $ spamassassin -t jpeg.eml
the output does not contain the expected (from the README file in the
examples dir):
6.0 FUZZY_OCR BODY: Mail contains an image with common
spam text inside
Words found:
"viagra" in 2 lines
"cialis" in 1 lines
"levitra" in 1 lines
(4 word occurrences found)
If I run this with the --debug option it does not report any errors.
Has somebody out there got a gentoo ebuild that will do the latest
version of gocr (if this is actually necessary), with patches?
