Ive been trying to find some documentation on incorporating RT with SA. I found a few articles but nothing that really answered my question/solved my problem.
I currently have it set up using a Content Filter which seems to work well, but Ive noticed that as time has gone on, Im starting to get more spam and less is getting caught. When I first installed (2 months ago or so) it was catching about 95%. Its now gone down to about 70% success. Since as far as I know the e-mails are written to the RT database so there isn't a way to declare ham or spam, right?
