I agree with that.

My boss accepts it, though I'm not sure she agrees.

Some of those above her have have other views on the subject, as does some 
users.


But if you rely on email for time sensitive info.... you best rethink what
you are doing :)

Agreed.

But it's not allways easy to make people rethink...
