Works just fine, you just declare more than one scanner on your Virus Scanners config line in MailScanner.conf.
Note however that MS will always scan with all of your available scanners. It won't stop after the first one finds a virus. This is handy because you can do a fair comparison of scanners, but not exactly efficient.
