Generally, that's caused by posting a spam message containing a URL
that's listed in all the URIBLs. Find it, and add *MUNGED* to it.

Unfortunately, this mailserver serves ALL of apache, of which SA is a
small piece, so the server can't be customized for one small project
within ASF.
