3.0 is WAY too low to be a useful score. The list managers also have way too much spam coming in, so they over reacted. The list managers are the first ones who have to change. Also, the default scoring for no_real_name is NOT 3. Again, the list managers are the ones who are telling you that they don't want to bother with you.
