If you have a valid sample mail that hits the MISSING_SUBJECT rule while being
run through "spamassassin -L", please open a bugzilla ticket and attach (not
cut/paste) the mail in the ticket.

Generally speaking, this issue tends to come up when SA is being called by
third party code, and things are not passed in correctly.
