Hi,

if this is a server that delivers to end users (pop3 boxes), you can change
your default delivery
instructions from mailbox/maildir to script delivery.
A deliver script could use some of the qmail tools (or qtools from
superscript.com) to
change delivery when the *** spam *** is detected.

If you are using qmail-scanner and have SA integrated in it (that is, SA is
called before
even queuing the mail), your best bet would be to use modified qmail-scanner
